My galaxy S2 aren't booting. After of un-successful trial of password my son turn it off but when turned on it's not booting only up to the symbol S. Is there anyway to reset it manually or what to do?

Try going to recovery mode.
Turn off the device completely. Then press Vol UP + Home + Power buttons together.
Once your at recovery mode, choose the option Wipe Data/Factory Reset or something similar to that.
To navigate at Recovery Mode, use Vol Up and Vol Down button to highlight an option and power button to select that option.
