Nexus 6 / Android M 6.0/ hangouts 4.0.100406486 / Photos 1.3.0.101074912 /
I am having a strange issue where i can't send any photos that i have saved to google photos. If the photos are local to my device i can send them just fine. If i go to all of my photos which are stored on googles servers I am unable to get them. This is only an issue as i can tell from hangouts or messenger (google).
I have tried the following
I tried this on my Nexus 7 2013 which is on the latest 5.1 android and it also does not work
I tried adding a picture on Google + and it worked just fine.
I tried factory rebooting my phone
I tried clearing cache and data from both hangouts and Photos
