Help Unable to Send Email attachments

Using a Note 2 on Verizon Network, stock messaging app. Whenever I try to send an email with an attachment the message will not send, it will just sit in the outbox and no matter how many times I try to send it just will not. I am running via ActiveSync with and Exchange Server and the size limit is well under the allowed. Also I have Iphones 4's,5's, Blackberry's and some other Android phones running via ActiveSync, this is the only phone having issues(also multiple Note 2's have the issue). Any help would be appreciated.

Having a similar problem, different network setup but unable to send attachments. Same is true for text (photos).
