unable to send email from my incredibleSupport

    In the notifacation window I keep getting "unable to send emal, the account settings are correct...sa far as I can tell.... I have checked all the pop and smtp settings and go through the set up and it tells me "account settings saved", but still can't send....recieve email fine....any ideas?
