Unable to Set Out of OfficeSupport

    When I open my Exchange ActiveSync account, if I press Menu > More > Out of the office, I get the following error:

    Mail, Contact, and Calendar are all syncing just fine. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any ideas on what could be causing this problem?

    Has your password for your exchange server changed at all?

    Try *228 option 1 or 2, could just be a signal thing

    When in doubt pull the battery out and give it another try..

    UPDATE: just realized that if everything else was working fine your pwd probably didn't change

    Same problem here, do you also have a problem with the GAL? I can retrieve users from the GAL, although the phone field is missing. I get their title, email and name. The out of office and the GAL issue are the only active sync problems I seem to be experiencing.

    Same here with out of office issue here too on HTC Incredible. Says unable to get your out of office settings from the exhcnage server right now. Please try again later...... Running on Exchange 2003 SP2....

    It works great on EXCH 2003. There's a free version of the app that checks whether the app can talk properly with your EXCH server. If it shows you your Out of Office status and message correctly, then buy the paid version of the app (it's only $0.99).
