Help Unable to switch off navigator poping up again and again

In my HTC incredible S I m unable to switch OFF the Navigator..which popup again and again and asks to ON GPS n says not available at your location. I m sick of it since morning...This has leaded to not working of speaker in music player or any other application, even during an incoming call there is no ringer sound but speaker is automatically switched ON when i answer the call..When the phone is restarted it gives the starting tone..
Plz help...
