I’ve been having a problem with my Samsung Galaxy S3 since the last update where I am unable to use my Settings,
. Every time I tried to access something in the Settings, it would display a message that reads ‘Unfortunately, Settings has stopped working.’ I’ve tried a factory reset and it still does not work. I’m now stuck at a Welcome screen and I can see that my data is working again. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
