Root Unbrick Methods?

Hello. I bricked my Alcatel Fierce 2 7040T because I was messing with the build.prop file and now when I turn it on it shows this blank screen that flashes white every once and a while. The phone vibrates when touching the any of the buttons on the phone. I've tried a factory reset but it didn't work. Im not 100% sure I have a backup build.prop file. Can someone PLEASE provide me their build.prop file with instructions on how to push it with ADB or can someone backup their rom online and give me the rom and rename it update.zip so I can flash it in stock recovery? I have the T-Mobile version of the Fierce 2. Please any help would be appreciated.
