Help "unfortunately, res/raw/audio_clip_cancel.ogg has stopped."

Hello everyone.

This error message appears every 30 minutes or so on my Note 3, running 5.0. It is very annoying and impedes certain functions on my phone. I'm pretty inexperienced troubleshooting issues with phones so if anyone could offer any suggestions I would be very grateful!

I am having the same issue. It started recently... since couple of days I guess. Its very annoying. Please let me know if there is any fix for this.

I've restated my phone this morning and the messages have seemed to stop. ....for now.

I restarted my Galaxy Tab 4 also and it seems to have resolved this issue.
