Help Uninstalled Android OS

I was using teamwin to try to format my memory card because i cant do it through android and now i dont even have an opperating system. I just wondering if there was a way for me to reinstall android on my phone. So i need to reinstall android completely.

Did you format your internal or external memory? Do you have a backup made with TWRP? If not, try to get a ROM on to your external SD card and flash it with TWRP.

i dont have anything i erased everything internal and external

Jeepers. Why would you do that? If you have TWRP, you can flash roms. Get a rom onto the external card (via computer) and flash it. Should work.

Does your computer have a card reader? If so, download a ROM and save it to the card. Then put it into the phone and boot to recovery. Flash the ROM from TWRP and reboot. You should be good to go.

If not, you will need to flash back to stock with ODIN. Have you done that before?

Remove the sdcard from your phone and put it in the sdcard reader on your PC (if it has one).
Copy the ROM you downloaded from your PC to the sdcard.

Place the sdcard back in your phone.

Boot your phone into recovery by pressing volume up + menu + power.
Install the ROM that you put on your sdcard.

you have been provided with invaluable information and would be well advised to take it.
otherwise the word "brick" is floating through my grey matter...
it is not difficult, the instructions are complete and thorough.
perhaps you possibly should have researched your initial venture more adequately.
