uninstalling QuickOffice

Does anyone know how to uninstall the version of QuickOffice that came pre-installed on my Galaxy Mini GT-S5570? I have now installed Quick Office Pro and would like to remove the pre-installed version but, to date, have not been able to find how.

I'm not an expert on how your specific device operates, but I'm sure that to remove a preinstalled application, it would require you to root the device. Here is a link to the rooting section of your device. There you will most likely get an answer from more experience users of your device.
