Help Unknown baseband and imei showing null/null but never rooted

hello everyone im having serious issues with my samsung galaxy s3 where ive got no sim signal and where my baseband is unknown and imei saying null/null and by the way ive never rooted my phone before

What model of s3 is it mate? Tbh if it was me and id never rooted and that happened, id send it straight in to get sorted under the warranty

Cool. You have 2year warranty then if youre in the Euro Union or a year i think everywhere else so id honestly just let samsung deal with it instead of flashing modem firmware or whatever onto it and voiding the warranty :thumbup:

yes ive got 1 year warranty and i think i will take your advice and bring it directly to samsung thanks again for your reply by the way

No problem man and good luck :thumbup: i know theres probably ways to fix whats happened but why bother when something has obviously caused it and its a defo repair/replace case for samsung
