Unknown Sources on/off switch.

I'd like an app that will put an on/off switch for Unknown Sources onto my desktop. It would also be nice if the app detected when an unknown source app is being installed and pop up with a yes/no dialog, "This app is from an unknown source. It could damage your phone. Are you sure you want to install it?"
