Im wanting to get an unlocked hero to run on AT&T. My question to those who are doing it is; Is the edge network frustratingly slow?

Im guessing for email sync it would be fine, but things like web browsing could be really slow. I'd love to hear feedback from folks doing this before I "pull the trigger". My fear is I will love the phone but be real frustrated with the network speed when not on wifi.

Davey, don't make things up...Browsing with a proxy isn't going to brick your phone.
