Help Unplugged wall charger but led still on

Hey, I was wondering if anyone else's did this, I searched but to no avail, it does it especially after being plugged in for a while, when I unplug it from the wall before I unplug it from the phone, I've noticed that the phone led still is lit and stays lit, only until I hit the power button does it turn off. It is a Samsung wall charger, thanks for any help

Does the light eventualy go away? When you turn off a charger (mains transformer) it always has some power stored in it. As my niece discovered when she stuck an unplugged one in her mouth lol

Thanks for the reply funkylogik, haha about your niece, the light stays on for a good 30-45 seconds after it's unplugged, all my phones have stayed on for a few seconds after but nowhere near as long as this, just wondering if anyone else's did this as well or if it's normal.
