I've been having some problems with overheating and crashing, so I've decided to unroot my Droid and update to OTA 2.1. I've been using Droidmod via DMUpdater. When I unrooted, I found that the Market was no longer installed on my phone. I suppose I could do a hard reset to restore the phone to factory settings, but wouldn't I lose all of my apps and settings? I factory reset once in the past, but then I just rerooted and restored my phone with a nandroid backup.

Any tips on how to get my Android Market back without doing a factory reset?

That's odd. Are all the Google Apps gone or is it just Market?

when i unroot (i do it about 3 times a week lol) with dmupdater i ost the working of soft keys and market just hardreset and ull have em back. Go into settings then privacy and choose hard reset.
