Alright I have a droid incredible1 and I have downloaded the file to update to 2.3.4 gingerbread that was recently leaked. Put file in root of sd card and renamed it PB31IMG.zip but when I go in to h-boot it says "no image found!" what am I doing wrong? if anyone has any comments please help out..thanks.
