Root Upgrading X trSense

I am upgading from 4.0.6.1 to 4.6.1.
I see the XrtSENSE text and the green Android dude flas hing for the last 5 minutes.
How long this stage usually last? Should I be worried that something is not right?

PS: It is like ove 20 minutes now. The Droid is still flashing. Once in a while it goes to the this animated "swirl" screen than
back to the Flashing dude. What is going on? I did all the wipes before flashing 4.6.1....

PPS: I pulled the battery, wiped again and re-installed. Worked.
