Help "Uploads Disabled"

I'd appreciate any help...

When browsing websites where I can post my pic, like this one, my phone reads "Uploads disabled" where I would click to post a pic. Anyone know how to enable them? I've a brand new Incredible. Love it but feel I'm not getting the most of it. So help! I downloaded the manual as per a post here but there's nothing about this issue on there.

Anyone know anything about this? My old HTC Diamond can do this but the Dinc can't?

EDIT: ok I found out it is because we don't have a built in file browser or something. Is there any way around this? Any app that is out yet. surely there has to be a way to upload files from this VERY smart phone.
