Help Urgent Help with Gallery please

Hello Everyone,

It's just been a week using by Nexus S, and the gallery is behaving weird. When I click on a photo to see it, rather than opening that, some other photo opens, but his does not happen in the Camera folder.

Please Help !!

Hello and welcome, sunnyrox.

A live battery pull can remedy that issue. With the device on, carefully open the battery case and remove the battery. Wait a full minute, then replace it and boot up.

I had this issue too ! hope it will be resolved with 2.4

Tried that...doesn't work.

Duuude, that's like pulling the power plug on the PC because the desktop has the wrong background.

Tried that...doesn't work.

Try deleting these folders:
/sdcard/Android/data/com.cooliris.media/cache/
/sdcard/DCIM/.thumbnails/
and then restart the phone.

And then get a good replacement for Gallery, like one of these:
QuickPic - Android app on AppBrain
AppBrain Android market | JustPictures!

Will do so...but had deleted the cooliris folder already.

But the problem is kinda solved (hopefully !). I decided to update the phone from 2.3.1 to 2.3.2. That did it for me.
