My boss has hearing aids and would like to be able to place his phone on the table and use the phone to send audio to his hearing aids directly.
We have technology within the office to accomidate his need but when he goes to meetings outside the company he has trouble hearing all that is being said, especially in large meeting rooms or soft-spoken individuals sitting right across from him.

    Technology he has:
    Hearing aids (not sure brand)
    Samsung Galaxy Note
    sonicBLU bluetooth headset
UniVox Domestic Loop System DLS-50 (from Europe)

The Loop System uses coils to amplify the sound and send it wirelessly to his hearing aids. He has a pad he can sit on but it needs a power plug so its not effective.

He can answer and make calls on his Galaxy Note using the bluetooth headset so it would be great if he could set his phone on the table and have it send the audio to his hearing aid or the loop. Or even another small, discreet device connected to his headset or to the Note to the headset would be a good alternative.

Any ideas on how/if the Note can be used to help him hear in outside meeting rooms and boardrooms please reply!! (even if its to say the Note won't be of use)

A quick search in the Play Market shows numerous Hearing Aid/Amplify apps. Some don't get very good reviews so read the comments before trying. I haven't tried any myself. If he already uses bluetooth, there are a few apps that utilize it. You might try other searches also, like amplifier or sound booster, etc
