Using MIUI theme with another launcher

Currently I'm on a stock-root because I really I like using 4G. But I also like this MIUI theme.

Anyway to get it to work with my Stock Rooted evo?

MIUI themes work on MIUI ROM(s). The launcher has nothing to do with it - most launchers can be used with most roms, MIUI being no exception.
If you are on a stock ROM, you may want to consult the person responsible for your ROM about theming possibilities - some elements of a MIUI ROM could theoretically be ported to a different ROM, such as icons, notification bars, etc.
