Currently, I plug my phone into my stereo via the 3.5mm jack on the phone. The sound quality is excellent and it works exactly the way I want it to, but it's messy-looking to have that cord strung up.

So, I have found a device called the Blackberry Audio Gateway. I have already tested and found that the Droid will pair with the unit and transmit audio without a problem, but it won't handle phone calls and it was not designed to do so.

As I see it, the BAG works exactly like any other set of bluetooth stereo headphones so, I was wondering, has anyone gotten their bluetooth stereo headphones to work exactly like a regular, corded set of headphones? This would include routing calls through the headphones while using the speakerphone pickup on the phone itself.

    Thanks!

Shameless bump here, and a little more info...

The BAG uses an A2DP bluetooth profile. Is there any way I can edit my phone's settings so that if it connects to an A2DP profiled device, it routes all audio to it while keeping the onboard mic enabled?
