So Ive gone back and forth with Verizon for a month. Canceling my order for the Dinc thinking I wanted an X. Then Reodering the Dinc. I have done with 5 or so times. And Verizon has been understanding of my flip floping and hard decision. My final time was yesterday. The X is just too hard to pass up. So I am canceling my Dinc and ordering an X and this time no flip flopping. So thank you Verizon for having the best customer service and stepping up your game!
