Verizon Customer Service

    I have a couple of incidents where Verizon hasn't come through:
    1. At the time I picked up my Droid, they were out of bluetooth headphones, so I paid for one, which they said I would receive in 24 hours. It ain't come three days later.

    2. My son bought a Droid X, which is to come next Tuesday. Any guess if it will?

    3. Any word on when 2.2 will be out?

    If you ordered it at the store it was probably sent 2 day shipping via Fedex. Since yesterday was 3 days but it was Sunday you should have it Monday.

    i have had nothing but positive experiences with verizon customer service, they have always handled my requests professionally and in a timely fashion. ive heard that T-mo is awful when it comes to answering questions/advising of deadlines/ yada yada
