I'm going to try and find an Incredible tomorrow morning. There are a few Verizon Stores in the area. The one in my town is a Verizon Store, but it has another name beneath the sign, so I'm assuming it's some kind of third-party associated with Verizon. Will the pricing differ in this store as far as discounts go, or could they get away with charging me more?

They're called "indirect" stores. I used to work at one. They sell VZW but are not bound to honor VZW pricing on equipment and accessories because they work deals directly with suppliers. They can charge what they want for the phones, especially new phones that they know VZW doesn't have alot of in stock. Normally, they're good because a good one can offer you a deal that VZW can't depending on the type of deal you bring in.
