Video doesn't fill screenSupport (Browse All)

    When I play video on my Milestone it doesn't fill the screen. There is a small black border all the way around the picture. Does it on video recorded with device and with video loaded on SD. Anyway to make it fill the screen?

    That just means it's not 720p and it's recorded in LD. As for getting a file to fill the screen with a low definition file I'm not sure of. The screen's native resolution is 720p so you should be looking for files that have that in the name. There is converters to upscale it but that's a whole other topic :p

    So the video that the built in camera records is not the proper format for the screen?

    Yes if you have it set to low quality (QVGA) For 720p you need High Quality (D1)

    The low quality is made so it's easier to share the videos.

    For anyone else having this issue Act 1 Video Player that is available in the market is a easy fix. It has several zoom options including Full and Aspect Full which both fill the screen.
