I did not run into either of these issues, FWIW..

Thanks for making a vid though! I was going to write-up a how-to once I got my work done today (isn't that what a job is for? lol..)

you didnt have a market issue? search for tapatalk and see if the paying one appears. Are you running the stock 2.2 leak or skyraider 2.0?

i didnt installed skyraider because exchange wasnt working on it and thats a must for me.

I didn't have any WiFi tether problems using 2_0_2 but if you have found a fix to enable AP, I'm all in. What's the nature of the tether fix?

Thanks for taking the time to put the vid together, I'm looking forward to checking it out...

FWIW, I've tried downloading the files from your website three times since you posted the link, each time it errors out at exactly 85% (unexpected end of archive at about 128/156Mb). Attempting to extract the .zip with WinRAR on two different machines returns an error of "file is of unknown format or damaged".

It's still "processing" - He's uploaded it to YouTube but it's still being encoded to display. Usually takes a bit...

ETA: It's complete, now - watching it as I type...

what is the ap fix kernal? is it based off of .32? i would rather not go backwards with the kernal i thought there were camera issues with earlier ones.

thanks for the market fix though, i wasnt sure if it was needed or not but i did a search for tapatalk and only saw the free one.

Maybe you were not on the correct radio version. Did you even see the original thread to install this.

    [ROM]Leaked Stock 2.2 with Sense [EVERYTHING WORKS!!] - xda-developers

For anyone else, make sure to follow the steps in that thread and any question you have may have already been answered. in that 51+ page thread.

I did have the correct radio version. Triple checked it because I was worried about screwing up.

Anyone know if AP is working with the new kernel there? The OP didn't post the other video and no one has reported back about wifi tether with the update.

Love these vids, even though I'm at the point that I can usually follow the outlined directions without a problem, dont know why but they are really enjoyable to watch.

I installed your wifi tether fix.... lost my internal storage but gained wifi tether!
So I had to reload the leak froyo rom and figure out another way to get wifi tether working.
    Any thoughts?

Same here. I used the .bin file and wireless tether apk from this thread (created an "android.tether" folder in root of sd card and placed them there).

Resolved my memory issue and wireless tether is working like a charm...

I used this method and I'm having problems with internal storage and camera. My kernel is also only the .29 version. I tried the uninstalling wireless tether and creating the android.tether with the older tether apk and it didn't work. I had 2.1 with root, reverted to stock, installed the ota, rooted with unrevoked and then installed 2.2.
