View / upload SD card pics from dSLR?

Can I move an SD card from my Canon dSLR to an Android phone and view / upload the pics?

I'm a sports photographer on a budget (so another $30 data plan for a laptop is out), so that functionality for select photos would be great. I'm planning to upgrade to an android phone once the Incredible comes to Verizon.

to my knowledge dSLR's runs on SD cards [the big ones]
Where as all mobiles these days use micro sd cards which is hell lot smaller than SD card.

Now here's the TWIST ,
You can't use big SD card on mobile phones
but you can use the Micro SD card with an adapter (an external big shell) on your dSLR.

So no issues at all,u'r good to go.
Dont forget buy an adapter.
