viewing directv on phone... possible?

I've been searching for months now trying to find an application that will allow me to view my direct content on my Samsung galaxy 4g. I can get imedia share to list all my saved programming, on my phone but I am not able to play them on my phone despite trying several different media/movie players.

My directv receiver model is HR20/700 and is connected to my home network via an ethernet connection. I am able to see content from my network on my tv. I also have a PS3 hooked up the same way and would like to view content from that on my phone as well.

Get a Slingbox, connects to your existing setup, then streams TV over the internet to your phone. Probably go through a lot of 3G data though, better on wifi.

I have a sling box and it works well with dish network.
