Visual voicemail problemSupport

    Hello everytime I go to check my voicemails thru visual voicemail it says " This phone was associated with a different account. Do you want to delete the existing voicemails? Well as far as I know I only have one phone number and one account. Actually I don't know what account there referring to. I don't want to delete my old voicemails but it won't let me check them thru that program unless I delete them. How can I fix this? I don't know when this started but I did recently get a new sim card with the same phone number. Help! :confused:

    I'm on a monthly plan so I can't have visual voicemail :mad:

    Have you tried calling Tmo or drop by one of their stores?
