Visual voicemail won't work after app updateSupport

    Downloaded update for Visual Voice Mail today. Later got a notice that I had to enter my password again. Took me to a new screen "checking account status." Took forever and then it said it could not log in. My husband was also asked again for his password and it would not accept. We are not on same account so it can't be that. Anyone else have problems with VVM lately??

    Having same issue and haven't found any help for it yet. Hopefully someone knows how to fix it. Frustrating because you can't troubleshoot on the phone itself.
