Help voice echo during calls?

Hi everyone. My wife has a Note 2 and loves it. But she is having an issue with hearing her own voice while she is on the phone. But the weird part is, she only hears it while she is on the phone with my daughter, who is on an S4. It doesn't appear to happen with any other calls.

I've run into that on all my Android phones at some point and it just goes away eventually with no effort on my part. Not sure what causes it but it's not a major issue to worry about IMHO.

Prolly the daughtrs s4
Prolly just picking up the speaker on the mic.
Is the daughter using speakerphone?
Is the daughter using a headset?
