Help Voice Input error

I just became rooted. I have uninstalled the Myspace.apk, and both the amazon mobile and amazon mp3.

Now I seem to be having issues with voice input, It keeps coming up No speech heard. but when I make a phone call its fine. Any ideas?
I backed up the mtd files but how would i reflash them to the phone?

Mic is not working either, nor is the speaking when trying to play music.

The headphone jack. I have spent 2 hrs trying things and I just read something about it sticking on the motorola droid. I plugged them in and took them out and it worked. I had wrote new files to the system for audio, and recovered the phone 4 times and nothing fixed it. Oy vey!
