About 2 to 3 times a day the phone loses voice coverage and can't get it back without restarting. It will continue to have data coverage and SMS still works. Sometimes it will go several hours and other times just a few minutes without losing coverage. It has always done this but seems worse since the recent update. I'm in a large city with good coverage so this is not abad coverage issue. This appears to be software related as once in awhile the phone service crashes. Verizon support has been useless. All they suggest is a factory reset which doesn't help and is a pain. Any help would be appreciated.
