Voicemail issues with upgrade...

    When I got my Hero last week, I was surprised that I needed to set up voicemail again since I was upgrading my Sprint account.

    I just realized two things.

    1) I lost all of my saved voicemails. Is this normal?

    2) I have a friend with Sprint who is busy, but in the past has occasionally contacted me by replying to voicemail, and I haven't received anything recently. Should I expect reply to work, or is there a gap between old and new here that causes that action to fail?

    The reply function is important to me for this friend, is there any way to go back?

    1) I am not sure if it is normal but I expected that they would be gone since I deleted from my old phone which had Visual Voicemail also. I don't know if it is because of VMM or because it is a new phone. I just don't remember beyond my last phone.

    2) Seems odd to me that they can only contact you by replying to voicemail. That would mean he or you called once before and left a voicemail. Can you not call again?
