Support Voicemail not working

    Just another problem with this phone. I loved it at first and I'm quickly beginning to HATE this phone. I can not get my Visual Voicemail to work, nor will my phone let me know when I have a voicemail waiting in my mail box. What can I do to get this to work? Do I have to do a hard reset? If I do a hard reset will I lose the voicemails that I have saved on the voicemail right now? How can I transfer them before I do the hard reset if that's what I have to do?

    There are several reasons why your visual voicemail client is not working right.
    (1) The Mobile Network is not properly turned ON
    (2) Swapping to different Phone# and Sprint did not update the profile correctly
    (3) Use third party Voicemail app, the traffic got hijacked
    (4) Bad handset

    Do the following to revive your account:
    (1) Bring up your visual voicemail app
    (2) Compose a message addressing to activate@vvm.sprint.com
    (3) Wait for the few minutes
