Help Voicemail notification

Hey new to forum tried a search but didnt come up with anything about half the time there will be no notification telling me there is a new voicemail other times it work fine anyone else have this problem ? Thanks

You will get a notification on your status bar. If you clear the status bar for any reason, it clears all notifications, including your voicemail.

It doesnt notify me when I have one im not clearing the status bar

Have you tried rebooting your phone? Its not an issue I have had with my mez, so I am just trying to run through some basic troubleshooting steps to see if it hits something for you.

I don't have an answer to your problem, but I would recommend trying Google Voice. You can download the app and then set up online. Instead of using your regular voicemail it will forward to google voice. It will transcribe it for you, give you a list of who you have messages from (each message is one click away from a listen and you can fast forward and rewind), receive those messages via text or email, and still get a notification icon. I love it. If they don't speak clearly the transcribe doesn't do well, but you can usually get the idea of the message.
