Help Voicemail screen gone

Anyone noticed this? Under my phone app I used to have Favorites, Recent, Contacts, and the VM. Now that has disappeared seemingly overnight. Anyway to get it back?

What carrier you with?
Long press digit 1 should auto dial voicemail.
And if you edit the carrier number with a comma plus your pincode will auto log you in.

The visual voicemail is different than dialing into the voicemail - allows user to directly go to a specific voicemail, without having to dial in, skip the messages till we get to the correct message.

For Visual voicemail, go to the phone app - settings/calls/voicemail, and enable "Visual Voicemail" - see if that helps.
