Help Volume Button

I have had my DInc since day before launch. And have had not problems with it except for one.

I am constantly hitting the volume button inadvertently and turning the ringer down, without even realizing it. Then I miss calls and texts.

Is there an app that "disables" the volume button? My phone is "naked". I have Timeriffic installed.
