Help Volume Issue

I had this issue with my old Captivate which I did a warrenty exchange on last week and I still have the issue with this Captivate. I will always have volume all the way up for my ringtones, my notifcation tones, and when Im talking on the phone. Randomly, the volume level will drop by more then half and I will have to go back in and put them all the way up. This will happen a few times a day. Anyone else had this problem?

I just got off the phone with AT&T and they told me to do a factory reset, which I did. Then they said call us again if it happens again.

Try to download an app called "Quick Settings". I like the volume controls in Quick Settings, and haven't seen any strange behaviors in my time using it so far. You'll be able to set ringer, notification, media, alarm, voice call, and system volume with Quick Settings.
