I'm Rob. I have a Galaxy Nexus on VZW and love it. Best phone I've ever owned by a longshot, but I suppose that's to be expected these days.
That said, I'm interested in hacking the Pogo pins on this thing. I'd love to implement the car dock mod with audio output, but I haven't found any information on how Samsung gets audio out of the contacts. I'd love to drop my GN into a car dock with an NFC tag that ups audio volume, hooks in to my car audio via the aux input, and starts charging without me having to connect any additional cables.
So, has anybody figured out how to get audio out of the middle pin?
