Excellent! Over the air update was offered to me today for Froyo 2.2 on my Telstra Desire.

Downloaded the 92.5 Mb over Wifi in about 20 minutes, and in the middle of the installation now - only been about 5 minutes.

Any pointers, I'm about to do mine, and I'm a little bit concerned that I'll balls it up. I'm not a tech head.

Install completed in about 10 mins. Been excellent since then. Apps 2 SD works well. New graphics for unknown callers, new options for SMS messages. I am very pleased with the upgrade so far. Go for it. Does not require any technical expertise to do the installation.
