If you were rooted and deleted ANY system apps, you MUST re-install the missing apps before installing the update or you will have a BRICK.

So the OTA is not the same as the leak? People report no issues with re-rooting after installing the leak, but the OTA has issues? If one and the same, should be same results.

Perhaps we are better off installing the leak then, if we want root?

Are you referring to people that have removed apps rather than freezing them (so they can be unfreezed for the update, of course)?

Still do not get why people removed the apps when they do not take up much space in the first place (best to freeze).

Yes, this warning is only for people who have removed system apps.

I was pushed a soak yesterday, unrooted, restored system/apps/ and updated... flawless update, rerooted and all is good

someone else mentioned the MD5 is identical to the leak, which means... root is attainable, and the same bugs are going to be there. So, is this a real OTA? or just some random push? hmm..
