    Hi All!

I just got my Incredible 2 days ago and I freaking love this thing! I hope that everyone here will be helpful!

Anyways, I bought the phone kinda Brand new. The guy I bought it from had it activated with Verizon selling it for 350.00 brand new, so I thought Why not pick up a new phone. He also had a Droid X for sell but I thought the screen was way too big for me.

So far I've noticed a small lint has gotten into the screen on the upper left...VERY hard to see.

I was wondering how Warranty would work? I met him at the Verizon store and I activated my phone IN STORE with a representative. My phone came with the original box, accessories, etc..and the rep at Verizon confirmed everything as well.

Would I go through HTC or would I go through Verizon?

BTW: The ****** case that I used made small marks on the phone..oh well..haha. I've already ordered a Case-Mate HTC Incredible Tough Case - Black.

I'm even tempted to get a second one! haha

    ps I didnt cuss! haha...i said c*appy.

You're fine. Warranty is still good. If anyone in the store gives you a hard time, just call in to VZW and they will ship you one.

    Hey Thanks!

So I go into a VZW store anytime or only within 30 days?

Your device is covered for 12 months. Only difference is within 30 days you will get a new one off the shelf instead of a "certified like new replacement" that VZW does outside of the 30 days. But, with the shortage on Incredibles, everyone has been getting the certified phones instead of new ones (for the most part).

I got a refurb phone since my droid was starting to get dust under the screen. How reliable are these refub phones?
