My 918N can't connect to my laptop which is using WEP (using 3rd party program to use my laptop as hotspot). It always shows connecting, then scanning and disconnected. My other devices connect to my laptop easily. Upon checking when I connect through my droid, is the transmit key when I enter the WEP key. The value is 1-4 but when I check with the program on my laptop, theres no setting for a transmit key. I also tried to change the setting to open instead of WEP but still can't connect.
Need any assistance I can get please. Theres no hardware problem since I can connect to other open hotspots.
