    Device: HTC Droid Eris
    Carrier: Verizon
    Country / Language: USA, English
OS / Browser / build number

I am unable to place a call using Google voice. I have gone into settings and their are only 3 options to select, not 4. I have all options but the option to use Google voice to make calls. I have a Google account with a Google phone number and all other Google bells and whistles.

I have tried to reinstall the app but no luck. app build: 0.4.2.8

Also what I find strange is at the bottom of settings "my Google voice number" is grayed out even though I have one.

here is a link to photos of my Google voice app:

Is your Google Voice account associated with your mobile phone number?

Go into Google Voice (on a PC browser), settings->Google Voice settings, the first page (Phones). Is your mobile phone number listed there?

yes it is associated with me mobile number. their are still only 3 options available for google voice, none of them are to use gv for calling. I could video my phone and show the issues I have and post a link to the video, would this help?
