So I got my Incredible yesterday and it had two small pieces of lint (or dust) under the glass, above the screen. When there is a lighter background on the phone, you can see it and it's annoying. Other than that, the phone is fantastic! So in short, Verizon has already shipped me a new phone. It will be here on Monday, but they shipped it to my condo instead of my work! I work M-F so I will never be there to sign for it, and I don't know if I want it sitting on my doorstep. What are my options? Will FedEx reroute it for me? If not, the only option I can think of is to leave a note on the door and let them deliver it. Once I see it was delivered, I can leave work to grab it and then go back to work. I work close to my home, so not a big problem there. If I do that, where is that official FedEx form that I need to sign? I know it was posted at some point in another thread. Any help? Thanks!
