Hey guys just asking what are your fave movies
Inception.. nuff said
My top 5 are:
The best movie I ever saw was Monster (the one starring Charlize Theron).
Other ones I like include
Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring
Star Wars: A New Hope and Empire Strikes Back
The Dark Knight
Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan
Being John Malkovic
God where to start.
ALL things star wars
Robin Hood (kevin costner, can't help myself)
Armageddon (still a very emotional movie)
plus hundreds of others, lol
It's a mood thing.. the list always changes.. plus I'm forgetful.
Planes, Trains and Automobiles
The French Connection
Little Big Man
I love the majority of Disney movies, especially the Disney classics of the 90s. I have way too many "favorite" movies that it's not "favorite" anymore.
Inception, children of men, bourne trilogy, seven samurai, the dark knight everything by pixar apart from cars and bugs life (bugs life is ok, cars is crap)
-Predator. 1. 2 sucked.
-Caddy Shack(see above)
-Star Wars (see above for any sequel, prequel, whatever stupid name they used after the original)
-Texas Chainsaw massacre(just seeing if you are reading these)
12 Angry men
In the Heat of the Night
The General's Daughter
The Magnificent Seven
Rush hour movies
Just came in today from Amazon.com
$30 for the entire blu-ray box set, couldnt pass it up.
Great List Glengarry Glenross is such a good one too. I mean everyone there is a mega star. So few people have ever even seen it.
My Favorite movie is Titanic and the train.
The Last Samurai.
I like comedy movies too.
All six of the Star Wars movies, Forrest Gump, Blade Trilogy, Million Dollar Baby, Dumb and Dumber, Ace Ventura Pet Detective movies.
Rose Red, Saw (all of them),Star Trek (all of them, lol), Say Anything, Mall Rats, Office Space
At the top of my list would probably be Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Adaptation. Both from the mind of Charlie Kaufman, the most brilliant beautiful, twisted mind there ever was.
Me and the future step son were watching Aladdin the other day on TV. The fiancee decided to turn it and I threw a fit. "It's not like he was watching it" she said. "I WAS!" was my reply.
As to my list though, I have way to many movies that I like. It would take forever and a day to list, but I'll list a few.
Anything Monty Python
Mel Brooks comedys
Evil Dead Trilogy
Apparently all of my favorite movies were made in the '80s:
The Princess Bride
This Is Spinal Tap
This is an impossible question, but I'll just name a few good ones.
Eternal Sunshine of etc
Original Star Wars trilogy
I could go on all day...too many to list
OH wow, i think i could go on forever here lol, when i saw the thread title in the list, i had a small list in my head of what i was going to write, but as i went and read through all the posts, i was sitting there thinking "ooohh yeaaaa" as i read some film titles.
BUT, ill try to keep it short.
ANNNYYTTHHING Jackie chan, best action star ever, FACT!
Majority of jim carrey films, preferably stuff like dumb and dumber, Perfect comedy.
Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels.
Snatch, Bricktop is a hero!
Breakfast Club, such a clever film.
All mafia films.
Resavoir Dogs, I cant think how to spell that atm lol.
Honestly i think i should stop now or ill go on forever, but i will say, that the best film in the world has got to be Pulp Fiction. Amazing story, Perfect acting, just beautifull, just shows you dont need all that CGI shit for a good film. Just a good storyline, Great Director, amazing cast. wow.
Little Big Man
Yankee Doodle Dandy
Gone With The Wind
Hush Hush Sweet Charolette
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (the first one)
Just Go With It (possibly adam sandlers best performance)
Indianna Jones (except the new one... ALIENS!!!!)
Monsters vs Aliens
The A-Team (didnt think i would like it, but its quite hilarious!)
Godfather and Godfather Part II
Raiders of the Lost Ark
So many more, not enough space!
