Root What do i have to do to get the black tent off?!?!?!

im rooted , running latest BB . But i have flashed cyan , and jrummy's roms along with reflashing BB agian and its still there . Im pretty sure i got it from xtheme but i have no way to get rid of it when i go to another rom .

I really wanted to run watermarked with cyan but i cant see the drop down . ugh !!

Hate to ask but you do wipe cache/data before each rom? Is it being put back on from a backup file you load after each rom?
